🚚 Where do you ship from?
All our products are shipped, same day, from our warehouse in the UK.
🌏 Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we ship our beautiful Babooties anywhere in the world.
⌛How long will my delivery take?
Our FREE UK delivery service usually arrives within 3-5 working days but this is not guaranteed and they can take a day or so longer.
if you require your item quickly please contact us for an express shipping quote.
In the unlikely event your order is delayed past the usual shipping time quoted we ask that you wait 5 working days before contacting us to give the parcel adequate time to arrive. This is due to some delays at certain depots. We are unable to respond to emails asking where an order is until this time has passed.
If you require your order urgently or next day please contact us to upgrade from the free postage service.
European and USA/Canadian orders usually arrive within 5-7 working days.
Rest of the world deliveries can take up to 12 working days.
↩️ Can I return my order?
Yes of course if your item is unsuitable you are welcome to return it to us for a refund or exchange, please just follow the guide at the bottom of our T&C page.
📏 What Size should I order?
Our sizes fit up to 36 Months plus. Please measure your childs foot length and follow this guide below.
Please note; The overall shoe length of our shoes is 0.5cm longer than the insole shoe length shown below.
Size chart for Original Babooties:
Please use your little one's UK shoe size when ordering the Play shoes and not the size chart above as the sizes differ.
💧Are Babooties machine washable?
Yes, if your little explorer has used them for outdoor play you can pop them in the washing machine. Please remove the insole and wash them as a delicate at 30 degrees, ideally putting them inside an old pillowcase or similar.
