www.babooties.com & www.babooties.co.uk (referred to as the "Website") along with the Babooties Trademark are operated by Liquid8 Asset Solutions Limited under license.
By placing an order on this website you agree to the below Terms, Conditions and Purchasing Terms which will create the sales contract, between yourself and Liquid8 Asset Solutions Limited at the point of order confirmation and acceptance.

2. PLACING AN ORDER
- Add the products you want on our website to your basket
- Ensure you select the correct size before adding the items to your basket
- Once you have added all items you would like to purchase, proceed to checkout
- You must provide billing, shipping, email addresses and all other required details accurately
- Review the order before you complete the purchase
- Submit your order and you will receive a confirmation via the email address you provided at checkout.
2.2 ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATIONS
All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by ourselves. We may choose not to accept your order at our own discretion. Examples of when we may not accept your order are as follows:
Because we start to process your order as soon as it is submitted, it is not possible to cancel your order.
3. QUALITY AND MAINTENANCE OF PRODUCTS
Minor differences in colour and other variations in Products are possible as a result of different image acquisition, display technologies or other technical reasons. Liquid8 Asset Solutions Limited is not liable for these variations and deviations.
Liquid8 Asset Solutions Limited draws your attention to the washing and maintenance instructions printed on the labels of the Products. Liquid8 Asset Solutions Limited is not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect handling of Products, including handling contrary to the instructions.
We are happy to offer a refund or replacement for any item delivered faulty free of charge. We must be notified of any fault within 14 days. We further guarantee the quality of our products for 60 days from purchase and will offer a free replacement for any fault within this time. We must be notified of any fault within 60 days of the original order date. Unfortunately due to the nature of footwear we can’t offer any guarantee after this time.
4. PRICE AND CURRENCY
Prices displayed online usually are in GBP (Great British Pounds) but can be adjusted depending on your geographical location using the currency tab. For example, if you reside in the USA, the currency displayed should adjust to USD. This also works for AUD, CAD, EUR and other major currencies.
You can also select your local currency via the menu tab on mobile or via the user icon at the top of the home page.
All prices quoted at the payment stage are in Great British Pound (GBP).
Liquid8 Asset Solutions Limited reserves the right to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time, including promotional codes and gift cards. Including the right to adjust the price of any product at any given time without further discussion.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders made on the Liquid8 Asset Solutions Limited website are dispatched from Newcastle, UK to the shipping address you provide at the checkout stage, orders are delivered on business days; excluding bank holidays and national holidays.
We aim to despatch orders on the same day when the order is placed by 3pm, London GMT. However, due to fluctuation in order volumes this is not always possible.
Any international orders may be subject to customs charges. These charges are not quoted at checkout and are completely out of our control.
If tracking or shipment details show an item as delivered to you we will consider it as delivered.
Liquid8 Asset Solutions Limited cannot be held responsible for delay in delivery, including but not limited to the following;
Any incorrect customer details, customs clearance, inventory levels, national or private strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
We will always do our best to get orders to you as quickly as possible but due to circumstances out of our control there may be delays with Royal Mail deliveries and we will deem an order to be missing after 10 working days after dispatch, this is in line with the Royal Mail policies and guidance. Orders that have not been delivered within this timeframe will be dealt with accordingly. Please do not contact us within 10 working days of dispatch as we will not be able to help before this time.
If an item has not arrived after 20 working days and Royal Mail have unable to locate it we will issue a replacement or arrange a refund.
6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We offer refunds or exchanges within 30 days of receipt of purchase, please closely follow the instructions at the bottom of this page.
Sale items can be exchanged if stock is available, or refunded as store credit online.

ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE NEATLY PRESENTED AND UNWASHED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A REFUND FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS: ITEM(S) HAVE BEEN WORN, WITHOUT TAGS, SCENTED, DIRTY, WASHED, VISIBLE HAIR OR WITHOUT PACKAGING.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names which appear on Babooties products, product packaging and/or on the Website, whether registered or not (the “Trade Marks”) remain the exclusive property of the Trademark owner. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any of the Trade Marks in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on the Website.

A complaint is considered to be an issue that could not be resolved by our customer services team within 30 days of your original order date.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time.
